Powder Coating:

Powder coating is a type of dry surface treatment and for many applications is an effective alternative to liquid and paint treatments.

The process involves immersing the surface in a granulated powder composed of several protective chemicals. The surface is then cured in a drying chamber, which melts the powder and causes it to homogenise as a hard, durable surface. A pigment can be added if required.

Powder coating can be used to treat both new and refurbished metalwork with great Anti UV properties. Suitable for Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum.

  • Smooth surface finish without drips or beading
  • Excellent heat, corrosion, rust and chemical resistance
  • Forms a hard, protective coating that safeguards against impact damage
  • Cost-effective – powdered materials are generally cheaper than liquids
  • Quick turnaround – powder coating can be completed in less time than liquid alternatives
  • Environmentally friendly – powders are contained within a treatment chamber and are not evaporated during the process. No VOCs or harmful chemicals are released during coating or curing.
  • High Anti UV Properties

Cerakote Ceramic Finishing’s

Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. Each of these properties is rigorously tested to guarantee that Cerakote products remain at the forefront of the ceramic coatings market. Cerakote ceramic coatings utilize state-of-the-art technology to out-perform any competitive coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications

  • Thinnest Coating on the Market
  • Strongest Paint on the Market
  • Flexible
  • Highest Anti-corrosive
  • Thermal barrier to high tempretures
  • Micro slick barrier prevents surface to surface contact
  • Glass clear coating’s available
  • Application to Metal’s, Wood, Plastic, Glass

Nylon Coating:

Although initially more expensive than polyester coatings, Nylon has superior wear, abrasion, and impact resistance. Any extra cost is recovered many times over by savings in maintenance and replacement costs. Coating with Nylon is a major part of our day to day business. Nylon powder coating combines thermal stability, physical durability, chemical resistance and mechanical integrity into a coating material that stands up to almost anything. Nylon powders are virtually impervious to extremes of pressure, PH, and temperature. Nylon has high dimensional stability, good resistance to stress cracking, and low moisture absorption. Nylon powder coating also has a low coefficient of friction and excellent abrasion resistance. Nylon is a green product it is made from a renewable raw material, namely castor seeds – Castor oil.

  • Manufactured from renewable resources
  • Non toxic
  • Excellent wear characteristics
  • Good chemical resistance especially to solvents
  • Good corrosion resistance
  • Good thermal insulation, ideal for warm to touch applications
  • Flexibility at low temperatures
  • Smooth low friction surface
